What is error code Centipede, and how do you fix it?

Bungie has outlined that, at times, error code Centipede can be caused by your internet provider. An example it gives is a 25% drop in UK players in roughly the same region. This indicates that there must have been a glitch or partial downtime for one or more internet providers, causing those playing Destiny 2 to experience issues. If none of the above methods help, you should check the status of your internet provider to ensure you’re actually connected. If not, you’ll need to wait for the service to be restored before you can play again.
