Fourteen new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service in July.

Michael Brown Ahlander, 62, and Rebecca Maxwell Ahlander, three children, Orchard 6th Ward, Orem Utah Orchard Stake: Nevada Las Vegas West Mission. Brother Ahlander is a stake Young Men president and former stake president, bishop, high councilor, branch president at the Provo MTC and missionary in the Norway Oslo Mission. Sister Ahlander is a compassionate service coordinator and former stake Young Women president, stake Primary president, counselor in a stake Relief Society presidency, ward Relief Society president, counselor in a ward Young Women presidency and Gospel Doctrine teacher. Rodney Allen Ames, 45, and Kimberlee Jensen Ames, four children, Liberty 1st Ward, Liberty Missouri Stake: Texas Fort Worth Mission. Joseph Payne Benson, 35, and Heidi Stephenson Benson, four children, Singapore 4th Ward, Singapore Stake: Mongolia Ulaanbaatar Mission. Brother Benson serves as an assistant ward clerk and is a former bishopric counselor, counselor in a ward Young Men presidency, elders quorum president, ward Primary teacher, seminary teacher and missionary in the Mongolia Ulaanbaatar Mission. Celso Bueno Cabral, 50, and Jane Lucia Magalhaes Silva Cabral, five children, Nova Aldeota Ward, Fortaleza Brazil Stake: Brazil Santos Mission. Stephen Winston Hansen, 71, and Carol Vaughn Curran Hansen, eight children, Stone Cliff Ward, St. George Utah Little Valley Stake: Utah Salt Lake City Mission.
