Sony has just announced that a new PS3 firmware v3.72 will be released soon. The news was confirmed on a new PS Blog post.

According to the details revealed by Sony, the PS3 firmware v3.72 won’t bring too much too much to the console, apart from few stability fixes. Sony said:

A new PS3 system software update, v3.72, will be released soon. With this minor update, system stability during use of PS3 format software and network services has been improved.
